The West Indian American Day Carnival and Parade celebrates the culture of New Yorkers of non-Hispanic Caribbean descent.
The parade will take place on Monday, September 7 at 11 AM and will go along Eastern Parkway from Utica Avenue to Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn.
