You can report stores in New York City that leave their doors or windows open when air conditioning is running.
You can also report a chain store that does not post the Air Conditioning Law Sign on its front doors.
The City's air conditioning law does not apply to:
- Doors and windows that are open to serve food and beverages
- Doors and windows that are open during the delivery and shipping of goods
The content action "Report a store with its doors or windows open when cooling systems are on." does not have a problem type that is supported by a service request form.
