Lifeline is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that helps make communications services more affordable for low-income consumers. Lifeline provides a monthly discount on qualifying phone, internet, or bundled service from participating providers.
You can apply for Lifeline either online, by mail, or through a phone or internet company that offers Lifeline services.
